NCD全称是NO CLAIM DISCOUNT。在英国如果你开车几年，没有向保险公司索赔过，那么你的保险公司就会给你多少年的NCD，这个在你新的保险公司同样适用，一年以上30％，逐年递增，到5年，就是FULL NCD，可以到65％的折扣。所以如果您有中国的某个保险公司出具这样的证明，就可以有折扣。

This is to certify that MR. XXX have been insured with XXX Company for 4 and half years for his Volkswagen automobile. During the period, it is noted that no claim have been made by him and then we authorized him 60% discount of insurance premium this year. MR. XXX suspended his insurance in July, 2002 by the reason that he was going to U.K for studying for one and half years.
